Most questions can be answered here in the app — no account needed.
Five starter games are free, and every accessibility control is included for every family. A one-time Basic or Premium purchase unlocks the rest — see the Membership page.
Check Parent Corner → Sound & Visual (master volume) and make sure Quiet mode is off in Play Settings. On iOS, also check the device's silent switch and ringer volume.
Parent Corner → Games → Restore default settings. Child profiles and favorites are kept.
Purchases are one-time and permanent. For refunds or payment questions, see the Refund Policy or contact us with your order number from Parent Corner → Membership.
Contact the publisher through the support link on the app's store listing, and include your device type and what you were doing when the problem happened.
