Little Senses memberships are one-time purchases: Basic ($4.99), Premium ($9.99), and the Basic-to-Premium upgrade ($5.00). There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically.
If a purchase was made in error or you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Include the email used at checkout and your order number, which you'll find in Parent Corner → Membership.
Refunds are issued through our payment provider, Base44 Payments (powered by Wix), to the original payment method. Approved refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
When a refund is processed, the games unlocked by that purchase are removed and your membership reverts to the free tier. No child profiles, settings, or free games are affected.
Payment disputes and chargebacks are handled by our payment provider. Please contact us first — we can usually resolve issues faster than a dispute.
